"It was immediately evident as I took up my position of Chief Executive Office that significant work was needed to create a cultural change across the hospital and improve leadership. I appointed Katy who took the teams through a variety of projects from 'Service Excellence' to more targeted development for clinical leaders and middle managers and went on to work with specific departments coaching them through a complete transition. Each program was tailored specifically for our hospital with Katy initially spending time on site observing current practice and culture, alongside gaining a clear understanding of my vision.
